The box is mounted outside the home / business, and wires directly to a transfer switch/box. Now when you need emergency power, just connect your generator cord to the inlet box and flip the switch to your transfer unit.

Cordset Features:

•Red LED light on the plug indicates wrong wiring or reverse polarity.

•Blue power indicator LED light on the plug.

•The threaded ring on the connector side is designed to securely screw around the power inlet box to form a weather-tight connection when connected.
