Each model includes a protective cap to seal out the elements when not in use, while also including a smart cap feature that keeps the cap in an upright position when open. The rear of the inlet contains a 8-way right angle rear safety enclosure for strain relief.

All models include a watertight cap that protects the inlet when not in use and a sealing collar that allows a power cord with a threaded ring to securely screw on to the inlet. The rear enclosure and safety gasket are included.
