Warranty

Conntek Integrated Solutions, Inc. (“Conntek”) warrants to the original purchaser that, for the Warranty
Period defined below, the products do not have any defects in materials and workmanship. This
warranty only pertains to products which have been properly installed, operated, and maintained as
described in the instructions and manual provided to the customer. Any claim by the customer must be
submitted in writing within thirty (30) days of first encountering an issue affecting the performance of
the product. Under the warranty, Conntek will have the option, at it sole discretion, to fix or replace the
product that was defective when delivered, or to refund the original purchase price in exchange for the
product.

The Warranty Period lasts for twelve (12) months beginning on the delivery date the product; provide,
however, that additional parts and components included with a power cord, such as protective caps and
LED indicator lights, have a warranty period of ninety (90) days.

Any repair performed on the product by someone other than an authorized Conntek service
representative will void the warranty.

Any problem with the product caused by an accident, an act of God, civil or military authorities, civil
disturbance, war, a strike, a fire, or other catastrophe is excluded from the warranty, as are problems
caused by misuse, misapplication, storage damage, negligence, an electrical problem, or any
alteration/modification to the product.

Conntek does not authorize any person or party to assume or create for it any other obligation or
liability in connection with the products except as may be set forth herein.

Conntek will supply the customer with all of the manufacturer’s material warranties to the extent that
the warranty is transferable. Conntek will not independently warrant any material.

For returned products, purchaser will prepay any shipping and transportation costs and either insure the
shipment or accept the potential for loss or damage during shipment. Conntek will ship the fixed
product or replacement product to the customer freight prepaid.

Customer shall indemnify, defend, and hold Conntek and its affiliates, shareholders, directors,
officers, employees, contractors, agents, and other representatives harmless from all demands,
claims, actions, causes of action, proceedings, suits, assessments, losses, damages, liabilities,
settlements, judgments, fines, penalties, interest, costs of expenses (including fees and disbursements
of counsel) of every kind (i) based upon personal injury, death, or injury to property to the extent any
of the foregoing is proximately caused either by a defective product (including strict liability in tort) or
by the negligent or willful acts or omissions of the customer or its officers, employees, subcontractors,
or agents, and/or (ii) arising from or relating to any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation
of any patent, trademark, mask work, copyright, trade secret or any actual alleged violation of any
other intellectual property rights arising from or in connection with the products, except to the extent
that such infringement exists as a result of Conntek’s manufacturing process.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CONNTEK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR USE INCURRED BY
CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR THERWISE EVEN
IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. CONNTEK’S LIABILITY AND CUSTOMER’S
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR
THE SALE OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, BREACH OF
WARRANTY, BREACH OF AGGREMENT, OR EQUITABLE PRINCIPLES, IS, AS INDICATED ABOVE, LIMITED
TO, AT CONNTEK’S OPTION, REPLACEMENT OF, OR REPAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THAT
PORTION OF PRODUCTS WITH RESPECT OT WHICH DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED. ALL CLAIMS OF ANY
KIND ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SALE OR USE OF PRODUCTS SHALL BE
DEEMED WAIVED UNLESS MADE IN WRITING WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM CONNTEK’S DELIVERY,
OR THE DATE FIXED FOR DELIVERY IN THE EVENT OF NONDELIVERY.

THE ABOVE INDEMNITY AND WARRANTY ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER INDEMNITIES OR
WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
